Does life feel harder than it should?
You know you’re smart…
You run a business,
but the details are your kryptonite.
You’re a successful physician,
but perpetually behind on charting.
You’re a great provider,
but remembering to take out the trash takes effort.
You’re skilled at doing a lot of difficult things, but it’s the simple stuff that trips you up. You feel like you’re constantly letting others—and yourself—down.
It’s as if everyone is sailing through life with a full playbook—but you’re missing the most important pages.
HELP NAVIGATING THE JOURNEY
You don’t have to navigate ADHD alone.
The ADHD Center of West Michigan helps people like you not only understand how ADHD affects your life, but also how to cultivate the skills you need to be the best version of yourself.
Because ADHD is our sole focus, we’re trained to skillfully walk with you on this journey.
All our team members either have ADHD, or our lives have been affected by it, so we get it. We understand the nuances and frustrations that come with this diagnosis, so we don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach. We start with where you are and then help you get to where you want to be.
Whether you’re looking for ADHD coaching or therapy, assessments or speech pathology services, we’re ready to walk with you on this journey together.
MEET OUR FOUNDER, DR. TAMARA ROSIER
No more faking “normal”
It takes a lot of energy to make your way with ADHD in this world.
As someone with ADHD, I’ve tried to hide my natural ways of thinking and behaving in order to fit into a non-ADHD world. I do my best to look “normal,” which usually means pretending to be a grown-up while hog-tying my impulsive thoughts and actions.
It means struggling to remember things, pay attention in meetings, listen to directions and complete tasks. Some days I feel like I can’t get my scattered thoughts in order long enough to start a task, let alone finish it. By evening I’m exhausted. I easily feel inept, and I judge myself harshly.
If you see yourself in my story, there’s hope.
Being honest and learning about how ADHD affects you, how you think, and how you act allows you to use that understanding to navigate the world. It allows you to take the driver’s seat in writing your own ADHD story.
I was watching my child slip away. He was so frustrated with himself. None of us could figure out why he wasn’t doing well in school. ADHD Coaching has helped him learn strategies that work for those with ADHD and gain confidence in his abilities. We are so grateful for his coach.

I’m not sure what we would have done without the ADHD Center. Our family was really struggling. There was so much conflict and anger in our house. Now through parent coaching, individual coaching, and family coaching, we are thriving.
– Adrianne
We have a healthier and more compassionate marriage because of our time with Robin! We are so grateful for her coaching.
