Parent Coach

The combination of Anda’s experience in education and raising a son with ADHD, enables her to bring invaluable insights to empower parents as coaches for their children, guiding them through challenges with compassion and understanding and helping them create a more peaceful environment in their homes.  When her son was diagnosed with ADHD in second grade, she immersed herself in learning all she could about ADHD, seeking ways to support him. However, at that time, all that she encountered was focused on the child and how to help or “fix” the child. Her interest in ADHD Parent Coaching was spurred by the desire to help others benefit from Parent Coaching as a tool to support their families. Now as a substitute teacher and instructional para-professional, Anda works with kids in the school setting and understands the demands placed on them in school.

Career/ Executive Coach

Prior to becoming a coach, Anda spent 25+ years working for corporations leading Marketing teams.  She understands what it takes to be successful in the workplace and helps guide individuals with ADHD through job changes, career shifts, job challenges, helps prepare them for promotions or simply helps them optimize their workdays. Anda can also help with resumes and interview skills.

Anda is a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) and a trained coach through the Co-Active Institute, Chaos Free ADHD Parent Coach, Advanced ADHD Coach Training with Cam Gott. She holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Thunderbird Global School of Management.

Outside of her professional life, Anda is kept busy by her three school-aged kids. She also shares her home with her husband and pets. She finds joy in traveling, spending time at the lake, walking her dog, and building community through activities like book clubs, meditation practice, and cultural activities.
