2. Schedule an free 15-introductory call.

To get started, schedule a complimentary 15-minute introductory call for the service you’re interested. **  During this call, a coach or therapist will answer any questions you may have and provide detailed information about the service, helping you understand how we can best support your journey.
**For medication education services, an intro call is NOT required.

3. Book your first session.

Your first session will likely be scheduled with you during your 15-minute introductory call. If you’d prefer to schedule later, you can schedule your first session through our website.

4. Payment and Insurance.

The cost per session varies based on the coach or therapist you choose. During your introductory call, they will discuss the pricing details with you. Before or at your first appointment, you will need to complete a credit card authorization form in order to keep a credit card on file.
Insurance: We do not accept insurance. We are a private pay organization. We can provide receipts to submit for possible reimbursement to your insurance company, but we can’t guarantee that the service will be covered.
For therapy and assessment services: we can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, but we can’t guarantee that the service will be covered.
