ADHD Academic Coach
Kristine Kaufmann is a professionally trained ADHD, executive function, and academic coach with more than 10 years of experience helping high school, college, and graduate students thrive. She believes students are more likely to succeed when they have practical tools, meaningful support, and a better understanding of how ADHD affects the way they learn and function.
Kristine partners with students to develop personalized strategies that fit the way they think and learn. Her goal is to help students strengthen executive function skills, become more independent, and feel more confident navigating both school and everyday life.
For Kristine, coaching is about more than better grades or completed assignments. It is about helping students understand themselves, build resilience, and develop greater confidence in their own abilities.
Kristine’s passion for ADHD and executive function coaching comes from both professional training and personal experience as the parent of two children with ADHD. She completed her basic, advanced, and family coach training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and is trained in the Anti-Boring Approach to Powerful Studying. She holds a BA in Severe Needs Special Education from Simmons College and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from George Mason University.
Kristine is a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), where she served on the board for six years. She is also a member of ADDA and CHADD.
Outside of work, Kristine enjoys gardening, hiking in north-central Wisconsin, visiting her two grown children, and collecting interesting rocks whenever she gets the chance.
