Collaboration Policy

I acknowledge that the ADHD Center of West Michigan is a collaborative practice. I consent to the sharing of my (or my child’s) information among the Center’s coaches and practitioners, as needed, to enhance the quality of support. Information will be shared judiciously and handled in compliance with HIPAA and privacy laws.

Booking Policy

Effective June 1, 2025

Your appointment is very important to the ADHD Center team. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

  1. We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard appointments.
  2. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before your standard appointment will result in a cancellation fee.
  3. The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
  4. Assessment appointments require a $150 deposit. If canceled or rescheduled with at least one week’s notice, the fee will be refunded.
